The Brief
Julia, the owner of Aerial Solutions, reached out because her existing website was no longer performing well. Despite serving customers across the whole of Kent and into parts of West Sussex, her online presence wasn’t generating the enquiries she needed. Traffic had slowed down, enquiries had dropped noticeably, and the website wasn’t reflecting the professionalism or scale of the services her business provides. Julia wanted a solution that would not only modernise her website but also help her reach more customers and recover the business momentum she had lost.
Design Process
After reviewing the existing website and discussing Julia’s goals, we agreed that a full redesign was the most effective way forward. The new design focused on clarity, ease of navigation, and strong calls to action to encourage customers to get in touch quickly.
A key part of the design was reorganising the content to give each service its own dedicated page. This allows visitors to find the information they need faster and creates a cleaner, more structured browsing experience.
In addition, I developed a series of high-converting landing pages with focused messaging. Each one was tailored to a specific geographical area, helping potential customers in those regions see exactly how Aerial Solutions could assist them. Throughout the build, I ensured the website remained fast, mobile-friendly, and simple for Julia to maintain.
SEO Strategy
The previous website had all services grouped together, which limited SEO performance and made it harder for Google to understand what the business offered. To fix this, I implemented a strategic content structure that gave each service its own optimised page, complete with relevant keywords, unique content, and strong internal linking.
The geographically targeted landing pages also played a major role in improving visibility. By creating dedicated pages for key towns and areas across Kent and West Sussex, Aerial Solutions began appearing for a wider range of localised search terms—something that significantly increases enquiry potential for service-based businesses.
Technical SEO improvements included cleaner URLs, optimised metadata, improved header structure, and increased page loading speed, all of which helped the new site perform more effectively in search results.
Results
